Operations Support - Shah Alam & Puchong

Responsibilities

Reporting to Head of Operations, you will be responsible for maintaining all forms of documentation associated with the function of the distribution centre. Delivering safe, efficient and timely throughput for all administration functions of our product to our customers.

  • Ensure timely & accurate entry of data to maintain integrity of computer systems
  • Promote a safe working environment and culture that embraces safe work practices

  • Allocate Sales Orders to designated delivery runs, resolve and report discrepancies

  • Manifest despatch loads and issue to despatch drivers with all relevant paperwork including, delivery dockets

  • Collate Driver Run Sheets; Report discrepancies

  • File returned Delivery Dockets (POD's) in numeric / chronological order

  • Manifest line haul loads and issue despatch drivers with all relevant paperwork

  • Prepare carrier / supplier invoices for payment

  • Internal and External stakeholder relationship building & maintaining

  • Maintain and submit monthly damage/ market returns report

  • Assist Head of Operations in general administration of the department as directed

Requirements

  • Proficient In Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook

  • Previous relevant warehouse experience

  • Experience in freight, warehousing & container movements

  • Ability to analyse data, problem solve & learn new systems

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including external and internal customer focus

  • Have own transport

  • 3 Months contract renewable
