Admin/PA Executive

We are an expanding IT Solutioning firm that provides consultancy, solutions development, integrations and are looking for people to join us as we grow and most importantly to have fun together whilst we build more bridges and plant more seeds

Responsibilities

  • Assist Directors in all admin and personal tasks
  • Assist in company operations through data entry, admin duties
  • Monthly bank reconciliations
  • Processing payment, data entry to accounting system, issuing cheques etc
  • Liaise with suppliers when needed and processing supplier’s invoices
  • GST & Tax submission
  • Managing day to day office tasks
  • Liaise with China branch on claims and invoices
  • Other ad-hoc duties
     

Requirements

  • GCE ‘O’ Level / ITE / Polytechnic Diploma / Degree
  • Required language(s): English/ Mandarin (for our China branch office support)
  • At least 1 year of experience in any field is required
  • Basic Monday to Friday work week with flexible work arrangements
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
     

Salary

1200 - 1800 SGD
