Admin Assistant

Founded in 2009. MES Innovation is Malaysia leading infrastructure software provider. Recently, we've decided to venture into different region with newly built software. As such, we're looking for passionate individual to join us and expand our reach to the international stage.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible in the day-to-day operations of Human Resource, Administration & account functions.
  • Responsible for maintenance of HR, admin & accounts records and general administrative activities such as filling, data entry etc.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree or equivalent
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Training will be provided
  • Remuneration depends on experience
