Customer Service Intern is a market research technology firm specialising in online / digital research using online surveys and real-time online focus groups. With an emphasis on speed and accuracy, can collect data about the opinions and behaviours of consumers & reach over 700,000 people across Malaysia and Singapore to deliver insightful analysis on that data in as fast as 24 hours.


Vase Technologies is hiring a Customer Service Intern who will be responsible for user engagement. Our users are at the heart of everything we do, we actually care about them.

We appreciate people who are not afraid to share what they think and are passionate about what they do. 

What you’ll do: 
- Manage our social media accounts and email
- Build content on multiple social media platforms
- Provide excellent support to ensure a high retention rate of Vase users 
- Ability to be responsible of cases and interactions with users until users are happy
- Be a detective at times to figure out what happened to the user and take the right steps to solve them

What we’re looking for: 
- Fluent in English required. Proficiency in Malay and/or Chinese is a plus
- Effective communication, can simplify technical concepts to users 
- Committed to a high standard of integrity and work ethic 
- Prior experience in a related role is a plus
