Product Marketing Manager and Channel Sales Manager

Paystore turns trusted local neighbourhood stores throughout the country into online supermarkets and allows customers to drop in and make purchases for a variety of products and services from online businesses, manufacturers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

-          Sales & marketing of company’s product and services.

-          Reports to the Group Managing Director.

-          Lead, coach and motivate sales team resources to achieve budgeted revenue and profit.

-          Develop market strategies and ensure effective execution driving ambitious growth and profit targets.

-          Generate business leads to achieve short and long-term growth objectives.

-          Identifying new business opportunities via supplier partners and manage the full spectrum of business development process from pre to post sales.

-          Outcome focused and ability to think out of the box to generate creative solution.

-          Innovate, open and curious to learn. Talented and resourceful in drawing inspiration from many different sources.

-          Identify trends and determine system improvements to achieve marketing operational goals.

-          Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution

-          Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.

-          Actively identify and develop new and emerging business opportunities in the market and strategically tap them to promote a new product line.

-          Has analytical thinking, resourceful and with good time management, able to cope with tight deadlines.

-          Able to boost up the sales

-          Responsible the achievement of sales target & to be profit-oriented

-          To understand each department standardization operation procedure & manage the compliance

-          Research and report on marketing trends and analysis

-          to motivate, provide feedback, support & coaching to the sales team to enhance individual development & growth while maintaining team morale.

-          To generate, analysis & propose strategy and generate sales related report on timely manner to ensure management are able to keep track of the sales progress.

-          Able to present sales forecast & analysis when required.

Requirements

-          Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree, Post graduate degree, Professional degree, Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

-          Ambitious and "can do" leadership with entrepreneur attitude.

-          At least 4 - 5 years of business development / marketing management experience in industrial products.

-          Strong interpersonal skills and a customer focused approach specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
