Overseeing the management and care of a stunning 7 Bedroom villa in Samui

Able to take full ownership of the villa, manage the staff, upkeep of the villa as well as delivering exceptional service to its guests.

An out of the Box thinker who can WOW guests and create memorable experiences.

Budget management, financial reporting and controls experience.

Provide exceptional levels of personalised service to guests while demonstrating the highest levels of confidentiality and privacy.

Ensure guests have a fantastic holiday and stay!


Minimum 2-3 years experience in a management role (preferred) in a luxury resort or villa estate.

Minimum of 2-3 years experience in hospitality and event management with detailed knowledge of hotel operations and private home services – e.g. food & beverage, rooms/facilities management, front of house or concierge operations, villa/butler services.

Pre-opening and opening leadership experience in hotels or resorts or villa estate property (preferred)

Medical response, first aid certification (preferred or willing to learn).

Budget management; financial reporting and controls experience.

Professional certification in general hospitality or specific disciplines e.g. Front of House, Villa management, butler services, F&B desirable.

Driving License

Someone pro-active, self-disciplined, organised, with management and with people skills. And who naturally loves working with different cultures!
