We are looking for a dedicated, passionate and talented team member who wants to work with us on a full-time basis, to help us educate the public on the power of E-Commerce. This person should share the basic qualities of creativity and honesty within the team. Illustrate AVANA's core values and strive to achieve our mission by connecting AVANA with global communities.


  • Creation of a collaborative environment amongst our team members and customer communities through events and personal introductions
  • Driving growth and promotion of AVANA service offerings
  • Maintaining company standards and expectations
  • Communicate with market support to ensure highest level of community satisfaction
  • Develop community initiatives designed to create connections between members
  • Proactively gather data on merchants business objectives and identify both AVANA and merchant services that could help other merchants achieve their objectives
  • Design and implement rules, guidelines and best practices for the community to optimize member experience
  • Recommend best practices, including but not limited to: community building, sales, events, training, and member experience on a company-wide level


  • At least 2-3 years of experience in community building
  • Can converse in Malay (fluent) and English (fluent)
  • Ability to converse in Mandarin is a bonus!
  • Experience in project management
  • Cold-outreach experience a plus
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
