Account cum Admin Executive

Charby is a technology startup founded in Johor that design and develop premium charging products revolving the idea of creating sustainable and convenient charging solution. Responsibilities

1. Prepare accounts and tax returns.

2. Administer payrolls and analyze accounts.

3. Compile and present budgets, reports, business plan, financial statements, financial performance and commentaries.

4. Perform daily processing to financial transactions.

5. Take meeting minutes and help to prepare meeting materials and facilties.

6. Handling confidential documentations / matters.

7. Maintain and develop an efficient and systematic filing system for easy retrieval and safekeeping of important documents both physical and digital.

8. Ensure the smooth running of the company's overall administrative functions including arranging appointments and provide reminders whenever needed.

9. Maintain master corporate calendar of all-hands events, conferences, holidays and vacations.

10. Prepare company correspondence, (letters, emails, etc)

11. Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties when required.

Requirements

1. No working experience required.

2. Sufficient knowledge in using Microsoft Words, Excel and Power Point.

3. Good command of written English.

4. SPM level and above.

5. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this position.

6. Impressive planning and time management ability.

7. High proficiency in mahts and accounting.

8. Understanding impacts of financial laws and regulations.

9. Superb organization skill.

10. Sharp attention to detail.

 

Salary

1200 - 2000 MYR
