Marketing Executive

Charby is a technology startup founded in Johor that design and develop premium charging products revolving the idea of creating sustainable and convenient charging solution. We believe charging solution should be made battery-life-friendly, simple and accessible to everyone. In 2015, charby won the i-MSC Startup Challenge which have driven our team to continuously work through obstacles to bring sustainable and convenient charging solution to everyone. Responsibilities

1. Devise marketing plan to generate brand awareness, and interest in products or services.

2. Plan and organize promotional and advertising campaigns such as contests, exhibitions, coupons, or giveaways.

3. Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective.

4. Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings to understand customer, trend, and market oppurtunities for businesses.

5. Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities and coordinating new product development.

6. Managing social media platform including preparing advertising posts, and contents such as blog posts and website.

7. Write, edit and proofread PR/features articles, website materials, marketing scripts, media advisories, speeches, memos and internal newsletters.

8. Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.

9. Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts.

10. Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.

11. Track marketing performance and return on investment.

12. Monitor and study competitor's marketing activity and strategy.

Requirements

1. 1-year working experience in relevant field.

2. Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent.

3. Familiar with concepts of CPA, CAC, Conversion rates & attribution models.

4. Basic graphics designs skill. (Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator)

5. Good command of written English.

6. Sufficient understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics method.

7. Creative and posses adequate commercial awareness.

Salary

2500 - 3500 MYR
