Account Manager

KRDS is a leading independent Social Media Agency in Europe and Asia.

Founded in 2008 in Paris, KRDS is a Facebook Marketing Partner and has been so since the program’s inception in early 2010. Since then, KRDS has expanded from 10 to 130 employees worldwide and has opened 7 new offices throughout Europe, Asia and Middle East.
KRDS Singapore began its operations in 2013, and has been clocking triple digit growth since.

To respond to our rapid growth, and to answer to our clients’ requirements, we are looking for an Account Manager to reinforce the Singapore team.

Responsibilities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Direct and manage digitally driven marketing programs to reach online audiences on Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
  • Act as a brand guardian, immersing in all projects and be able to advise on industry and technology trends and developments
  • Establish an excellent “eye” for creative output, recognizing strong social executions and creative work, and when work could be improved
  • Ensure the clients understand agreed workflows and follow up with them through the delivery process
  • Translate the client’s vision and needs into business requirements, coordinate with project teams on required deliverables, and manage client expectations
  • Establish and expand relationships with key accounts
  • Identify opportunities and new interests that the client may not recognize to help drive revenue and benefit business needs as their digital advisor
  • Ensure work is delivered on budget and manage to invoice according to the contract terms
  • Be a role model for stewardship between the client and the agency by balancing the account’s needs with avoiding unnecessary expenditures and negotiating required costs
  • Manage junior team members to help them develop their skills and drive their performance
  • Obtain key client information and transfer them accurately to project teams to ensure effective scoping of work
  • Anticipate, proactively address and advise management on potential client or revenue issues

Requirements

YOUR PROFILE

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a digital/interactive marketing or other agency experience
  • Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated track record of client relationship development and service
  • Proven experience in managing Social Media teams working cross-functionally within an organization
  • Must be proactive, a self-starter and an excellent communicator both verbal and written
  • Must maintain an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint or the equivalent on a Mac
  • Solid numerical/financial understanding
  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written communication
