You will be required to assist the HEAD OF MARKETING on the following items and other related activities that may be assigned to you from time to time:

Digital / Performance Marketing

- Assist in developing awesome regional digital performance marketing team.

- Implement domestic and international paid campaigns to drive quality consumer (students and parents) traffic in high quality at the lowest possible cost.

  • Fulfil all relevant digital Sales orders (e.g. premium listing, lead generation) profitably.
  • Work closely with Sales / Account Management team to design, plan and carry out campaign activities for paid clients, to drive traffic and/or leads

-  Assist in developing performance marketing strategy and work closely with other teams to track campaign analytics.

-  Own all paid marketing channels from end-to-end (SEM, Retargeting, Display, Google, Facebook etc.).

  • Assist in managing the budget for such campaigns, manage our agency relationship, and tackle keyword lists.

Consumer Marketing

  • Manage the Content/Community team - to drive organic traffic, engagement and leads into our portals
  • Come up with strategies for all social media platforms to drive engagement and awareness
  • Assist in developing marketing content ideas and strategies for both online and offline (print, events and partnership)

Branding & Marketing

  •  Assist in taking brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies for the company
  •  Assist in translating brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
  •  Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted population to “take action”
  •  Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  •  Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
  •  Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy
  •  Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions


1. Possess excellent knowledge and skills in PPC, SEO, SEM, and other related skills

2. Minimum: 5 years of working experience

3. Have experience in handling teams
