The Social Media Manager that we need!

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who will be the administrator and creative marketing voice behind all social platform for our brand to ensure high levels of web traffice and customer engagement. 


  • Design and implement social media strategies, campaigns, and plans to build brand / company awareness
  • Understanding and ability to monitoring of SEO, content marketing and web traffice metrics
  • Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency
  • Create, maintain, and grow new and existing social networks, including Wechat, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others
  • An aptitude of writing and conveying the passion and excitement for the product, business or idea in a clear and consistent voice
  • Experience with customer service with a "customer first" mindset and ability to resolve customer issues through social media and move difficult questions offline 
  • A good eye for design, ability to source and edit images and conceptualise and create eye-catching images
  • Setup, develop and manage digital platform operations in China and abroad including WeChat, Facebook, Instagram, Weibo, LinkedIn, etc
  • Actively track and measure the effectiveness of various contents, monitor social media engagement results, take learning of future optimisation plan
  • Generate / design / post creative and compelling social contents yearly / monthly / weekly / daily to grow brand awareness and maximize social infuence. Contents include and not limited to HTML5, creative shooting or short videos and Wechat mini-programs
  • Online community management, channel monitoring & one on one communication on social platforms
  • Regularly monitor social media trends, market insights, explore new digital media platforms and tools, and competitor information acquirement; Understand customer profile from social perspective consumer insights for future business evolving
  • Plan paid social media advertising strategies and budgets
  • Creatiev campaign planing, impementation and management; work closely with the team to ensure that social media campaigns are led successfully and according to brief from creative ideation to strategic planning, execution, documentation & reporting 
  • Working with external partners and suppliers to deliver the required campaign results 
  • Keep up to date with industry trends across all client industries and Chinese social media in general 


What you will bring to the Beach:

  • 2-4 years digital, social media marketing experience
  • Degree in marketing, PR or web/digital media management or related field
  • Preferred experience of content marketing at brand side or creative agencies in B2B working environment 
  • Good social language / proven copywriting and editing skills / social content expert / social technology savvy 
  • Strong communication and influential skills and vendor management
  • Proficient, passionate to social media marketing, good knowledge in Chinese social media tools and platforms
  • Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Google Analytics
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowePoint, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Experience indentifying and creating campaigns for target audience
  • Excellent analytical and time-management skills
  • Strong project management skills with ability to supervise multiple projects
  • Adaptable to a fast-growing business environment and good team player 
  • Native English speaker, strong copywriting and storytelling skills(English)
