The TORIHONTO GROUP is looking for someone with great initiative, superb communication skills, and extroverted personality to join our Sales Team.  As Sales Executive, you will be the face of the TORIHONTO brand as you reach out to new and existing retailer buyers in Horeca (hotels, restaurants, catering) as well as F&B establishments.

The Sales Executive is responsible for:

  • Meeting target key retailer/buyers to promote TORIHONTO’s branded portfolio of products
  • Generate buyers’ enthusiasm and demand for the products through message positioning, education, sampling, other
  • Generate sales through purchase orders from Horeca, specialty food stores, corporate clients, restaurants, cafes, others
  • Grow sales through new accounts
  • Attend to customer needs and look for opportunity to introduce new products
  • Maintain close & positive relationship with existing retailer/buyer customers; grow existing volumes
  • To achieve the sales target and enhance the company brand
  • Work closely with Product Management and Marketing functions to target key retailer/buyers 
  • Follows TORIHONTO Code of Conduct and operates with integrity



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Sales Representative, Relationship Manager, or in Key Account management
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills
  • Effusive personality and charisma
  • Assertive and exhibits strong resiliency; not afraid of failure or rejection
  • Entrepreneurial “hungry” and can-do attitude
  • Food and Consumer / Retail sector experienced is preferred but not required
  • Familiar with Singapore geography, industry, culture, market
  • English fluency.  Chinese/Hokkien a plus (but not required)
  • Able to manage multiple priority deal-making
  • Loyalty & commitment
