Sales Manager

IlmuOne Data is a fast-growing startup in data analytics consultancy. We provide C-suite executives and start-up founders with industry-leading digital marketing and data analytics solutions. Included in our services are technical solutions (e.g. implementation and maintenance support of analytics software) and advisory solutions (e.g. custom business insights to drive actionable performance). IlmuOne Data's team comprises professionals with 10+ years of both client-side advisory and product-side technical expertise

Responsibilities

  • Build and drive a pipeline of sales opportunities for current and prospective clients, sell and close
  • Carry and deliver on a quarterly and annual sales quota to be discussed and agreed to mutually
  • Work within the Reseller and foster integrated relations 
  • Develop deep client relationships to secure renewals and up-sells
  • Direct and advise on press/marketing/event strategies in the country
  • Manage a list of key accounts ranging from media companies, marketers, and advertising agencies in Southeast Asia markets
  • Key responsibilities include servicing select accounts, handling the renewals and identifying potential upsell opportunities - including occasional product training, timely/informative responses to client inquiries, and sensitivity to clients’ business objectives/goals
  • Support clients with ongoing custom deliveries of services, help clients understand the data and gain business value from it  

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or quantitative field;
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Preferably have experiences in software or IT start-up/company
  • A market research background or statistical education will be good to have
  • Experience in analysis, market research, or analyzing customer interactions on the web is a plus
  • Agencies’ background is a big plus
  • Strong understanding of market research and how information can be applied to help client's to achieve their goals
  • Proven proficiency with numbers/statistics
  • Excellent communication skills. Need to be able to work closely with people of other countries, without hesitation
  • Ability to independently manage and develop ongoing client relationships
  • A relentless work ethic and a desire to go the extra mile
