Job Descriptions :

  • Purchasing, Preparing all office related needs
  • In charge all of office utilities
  • Arrange group communication such as wechat & dingtalk
  • Arrange accomodation for employes when outside duty
  • Responsible for procedures and system join use of facilities for official purposes
  • Manage the activities of the non staff such as messenger, officeboy, driver, travel, other services companies in order to achieve maximum efficiency of work from time to time
  • Carry out other task's given by GA/HR Manager



  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): General HR, Good Communication, Negotiation Skills, Interpersonal Skill, Analytical Thinking
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Knowladge of filling system
