We are looking for an HR executive to handle a variety of personnel related administrative duties. Your role is to act as the liaison between management and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries. You will also support our daily HR activities and assist in coordinating HR policies, processes and relevant documents. 



  • Oversee human resource, administrative policies and procedures for the organization which includes
  • Resource planning, Advertising, Recruiting, Interviewing, Offer and On-board-induction
  • Payplan and payroll
  • KPI and Appraisals
  • Employee benefits & engagement programs
  • Legal & Tax compliance
  • Filings & records
  • Office management & administrative works.
  • Managing the office cleaners
  • Ensuring our pantry is fully stocked at all times
  • Take the lead in team and culture building
  • Personal assistant & administrative support to the CEO



  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degreein Human Resource Management
  • Required skills: MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint.
  • Required language: English
  • Fresh Graduate to max of 3 years working experience in the related field
  • Experience/Knowledge in Human Resource Management
  • This is a Full-Time, permanent position
