Customer Service Officer- Executive

Responsibilities

  • Respond to messages and reviews from our players
  • Troubleshoot and investigate possible bugs
  • Manage user accounts and keep players happy
  • Our CS is message only (no phone).  Email and typing experience is essential

Requirements

  • Some related customer service experience will be an advantage
  • Responsible, mature and committed 
  • Weekend shift is required
