Responsibilities

  • Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts
  • Assist with both external and internal hiring efforts
  • Develop recruitment strategy
  • Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization
  • Identify future talent needs, proactively recruit and source to develop the talent pool and social engagements.
  • Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
  • Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
  • Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data.
  • Develop college recruiting programs
  • Participate in employment events, such as career fairs
  • Manage and review regularly our recruitment and referral policies and processes.
  • Use sophisticated applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software and CRM system to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding.
  • Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process.

Requirements

  • Have 1-2 years experience as Talent Acquisition Manager (required)
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
  • Understand of all selection methods and techniques
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
  • Willing to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
  • Have previous experience with drafting and creating contract agreements for various markets (nice to have)
  • Have impeccable English written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-organized
  • Are a strong team player, but still a self-starter
