Responsibilities

Client Success is vital to executing and deliverying our brand promise of "Realising Dreams, Rewarding Decisions" to our customers. As the face and voice of MoolahSense, we connect and empower our community of borrower and investor customers. The function focuses on providing our investor customers with the highest level of information and service and champions the digital delivery of customer first mindset in the organisation.

1. Client Success Management (Adoption, Retention, Expansion & Advocacy)

  • Onboarding
  • Investor Education 
  • Customer Experience
  • Increase activation and reduce churn
  • Expand our revenue through cross-sell and up-sell

2. Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction and overall health scores

  • Drive new business growth through greater advocacy and reference-ability

3. Client Success Operations

  • Execution of Fund Transfer In and Fund Transfer
  • Execution of Investor Repayments
  • Execution of Investor On-boarding KYC-AML
  • Execution of Note Creation for Campaign Launches
  • Provide account management for Investors

4. Own and Inspire Client Success Across Company

  • Create company-wide culture of Customer Success
  • Drive company-wide definition of ideal customer
  • Create company-wide customer feedback loop

Requirements

  • 1-5 years experience in leading customer-facing and servicing roles (Fresh Graduates will be considered)
  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems

 

Salary

2500 - 4200 SGD
