GoShare Sdn. Bhd. is an IoT startup registered in Malaysia established in late 2017. ChargeUp is the name of our core service that provides rental of mobile chargers through our mobile app and deployed machines. Our office is registered at 1 & 3, Jalan TPP 1/3, Taman Industri Puchong, Batu 12, Puchong, 47100, Puchong, Selangor, 47100.

We have been developing the software and acquiring the hardware over the last 3 months and are looking to begin deployment at the end of April 2018.

The talent we are looking to hire are young and enthusiastic executives who are interested in learning and growing with a new startup.

 

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of a Customer Service Executive:

  • Engage and resolve concerns of incoming inquiries from Users and Partners
  • Create and maintain a strong rapport with our Users and Partners
  • Evaluate and continuously improve customer service funnel
  • Develop and execute customer service enhancement campaign(s)

In addition to the responsibilities mentioned above, a Customer Service Executive is expected to:

  • Be prepared to support other departments with similar tasks
  • Become an advocate for the ChargeUp service
  • Gather feedback and data from users and partners
  • Analyze, compile and present gathered data to COO
  • Software testing and be up to date with ChargeUp’s development

Salary

2400 - 3000 MYR
