What you'll be doing:

  • Daily operational tasks including order processing, fulfilment, transport scheduling, inventory processing and invoicing
  • Manage customer enquiries and customer support tickets
  • Scheduling and resource allocation planning
  • Communicate with on-the-ground operations team and external 3rd party providers
  • Produce weekly KPI reports
  • Design, implement and execute all logistic operations processes


You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2 years related working experience
  • Experience in the logistics industry, e-commerce, or an operational role at a startup is a plus
  • Highly detailed orientated and meticulous
  • Have customer empathy
  • Fast learner and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Naturally curious and always wanting to learn more
  • Entrepreneurial and want to create an impact
