Customer Support Officer

Secretlab® was founded in 2015 with the ambition to create the ultimate seating experience. We design and produce chairs for comfort over long hours of use both at home and in the office. Our products have won several awards and consistently achieves near perfect scores from both media and users. Secretlab products are sold directly to the customer, and is currently available in Singapore, United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Malaysia, Australia, Canada, and select South-east Asia countries. Work Environment:

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

·       You will be responsible for daily customer care with support for both local and overseas customers.*

·       You will be managing large amounts of incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries.*

·       You will handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions within the appropriate time limits with follow-up to ensure resolution.*

·       You will liaise with overseas logistics partners.*

·       You will handle local and overseas live chat portals.

·       You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues.

·       You will document issues.

·       Daily ad-hoc tasks.

·       Additional job scopes and responsibilities to be taken on with time, based on strength and performance.

Requirements

Requirements:

·               Singaporean or PR only.

·               Must have completed NS if male.

·               Minimum a Diploma or A-Level Qualification.

·               Good command of written and spoken English. Good command of Mandarin is a plus.

·               Great customer service and communication skills.

·               Customer-orientated and the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters i.e tolerance, empathy, firmness and patience.

·               Must be able to work both independently and in a team.

·               Good problem-solving skills.

·               Entrepreneurial thinking – take pride in your work, be driven, versatile,     initiative, and result-orientated.

·               Customer service experience preferred.

Salary

2500 - 3500 SGD
