PurelyB is at a pivotal point in its life, starting to grow and scale our systems and operations quickly as we onboard many health and wellness partners, vendors and practitioners. If you are interested in joining a fast past startup in an amazingly interesting space and industry – let us know.

We are looking for a young, willing-to-learn, self-directed personality to provide technical support to both internal teams and also some of PurelyB’s customers and vendors.



  • Support the internal team with their technical needs such as email setup, office automation, management of online software subscriptions and domains, help record and track technical assets.
  • Provide technical support to customers of PurelyB portal


  • Good communication skills (written and oral)
  • Very comfortable with technology and has had extensive use of software such email applications, web/online/cloud software, CRM, Customer Support systems (**you should be able to impress us with the amount of software that you have tried, tested and used)
  • Familiar with web control panels to help setup email, manage domains, etc
  • Able to help people who are less technology-savvy to navigate around software and getting things done
  • Willing to learn new skills such as web traffic analytics
  • Able to work independantly and highly organized
