  • Daily bookkeeping activities to maintain ledgers, journals, bank reconciliations, fixed asset register, receivables, payables, monthly payroll matters (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, EIS) and inventories.
  • Preparation of full set of financials including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements, forecasts and projections.
  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders such as investors, tax agents, auditors, consultants, lawyers, company secretary, bankers, etc.
  • Developing a fit for purpose finance processes and controls to accommodate changing business needs.
  • Proposing and generating operational reports suitable for the business
  • Support investment and fund-raising operations for growth of the company
  • Support investor relationship management 



  • Core Competencies in managing varied activities under HRD: Recruitment, Performance Appraisal, Employee Engagement, Wages/Salary Unit Administration, Visa applications, etc.
  • Handling day-to-day activities and administrative activities including selection & staffing, tasking, welfare, etc.
  • Planning & budgeting of administration expenses & work towards minimizing operational expense/costs.
  • Handling the management and co-coordinating of the activities for needs of employees for upgrading their technical soft skills, separation, leaves, attendance, compensation and maintaining employee database.
  • General administration activities (e.g. maintenance of office and assets, liaising with company secretary to sort out all the necessary documents and resolutions pertaining to matters arose, etc).


  • Professional qualification (ICAA, CFA, ICAEW, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, MICPA, MIA)
  • Comfortable with technology and applications - Quickbooks, Microsoft Office, Google Spreadsheets, Kakitangan, etc.
  • Business acumen and commercial mindset
  • Works well independently as well as in a team
  • Positive attitude, organized and highly motivated
  • Endless amounts of enthusiasm and energy to create great work
  • Self-motivated, flexible and proactive attitude
  • Strong organisational skills including the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
  • A keen eye for detail.
