Office Manager

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a well organised office manager to join our team and support our rapidly growing business. You’ll be the heart and soul of CardUp’s Singapore office, focusing on efficiency, ensuring our daily operations run smoothly and enabling the team to work effectively.

Key responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for all administrative duties.    
  • Accurate management of invoicing, payment collection and financial reconciliation. 
  • Oversee budget tracking process and ensure KPI reports are up to date. 
  • Collate performance data from sales and marketing activity. Provide the marketing team with insights that helps improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Lead the on boarding process for new hires and manage HR tasks including Payroll, annual leave, CPF filings etc
  • Organising, planning and executing company events including those for CardUp customers.
  • Ad doc assistance with “KYC” checks on CardUp users.   
  • Management of office housekeeping duties.

 

Requirements

Competencies: 

  • 2+ years’ experience in a fast-paced tech company environment   
  • Meticulous organisational skills, able to work on multiple projects and tasks 
  • Proactive problem solver
  • Exceptional attention to detail   
  • Problem solver - can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions.  
  • Self starter   
  • Team player and people person - no politics!   
  • Personal qualities of integrity, credibility and quality.    

Salary

35000 - 45000 SGD
