Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Bilingual Operations Associate for our Malaysia branch that will work closely with the all other 7 branches, and Malaysia Branch Manager.

 

This job is to provide appropriate information to the customers who seek for ERP system, and guide them for full implementation of ERP system related to Inventory/Accounting/Payroll/Groupware management.

 

This is a full-time salaried position will be located in Kuala Lumpur. This position will require minimal travel.

 

 

Principal Duties:

  • Contact all inbound leads and manage PPC marketing campaigns
  • Establish and develop relationships with current and potential clients
  • Act as subject matter expert for clients and provide in-depth consultations
  • Perform product demos (on-site or remote) and provide training for new users
  • Conduct industry research and competitor analysis to ensure product value
  • Audit product offering and suggest improvements to our designers/developers
  • Provide translation and write content for new user manuals/videos and social media

 

 

Desired Qualifications (not mandatory):

  • Experience that conducted the great result in any kinds of sales
  • Trilingual in Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English (Native proficiency preferred)
  • Prior experience with ERP or enterprise management systems
  • Prior experience in B2B sales/marketing

 

Interview

  • Interview will be conducted at office in Kuala lumpur
  • No matter any dress code, but casual preferred.
  • Interview suggestion will be noticed to only shortlisted candidates

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service and accounting
  • Trilingual in Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese and English (native proficiency preferred)
  • Diploma or higher degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Information Technology, Accounting, or related field
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to be a forward-thinker and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to thrive in a loosely structured work environment typical of start-ups
  • Interest in computer software and business management technology tools
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Salary

3000 - 3200 MYR
