42Race is Singapore’s first Virtual Race platform. We create South East Asia’s largest virtual races (> 2000 runners per race and growing). We have footprints in Taiwan, Malaysia, Indonesia, India, and Philippines and of course Singapore

  • Conceptualize, develops and executes digital marketing campaigns to ensure the growth and sustainability of the business
  • Work seamlessly with other marketing peers in various department, including Product, Tech, Creative, and even Operations
  • Ensure smooth and timely execution of campaigns
  • Perform regular analysis of campaign performance and metrics
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Identify and explain the market trends and consumer requirements clearly to the marketing manager
  • Use established metrics to optimize and drive continuous improvement in 42Race’s efforts for social excellence
  • Generate new ideas and drive continual optimization of marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Acquire and utilize knowledge and skills according to the situational requirements
  • Monitor and analyse online sentiments on social media platforms.


  • Bachelor degree from recognized university.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience with a successful track record in planning an integrated marketing strategy and executing campaigns.
  • Experienced in both creative and promotional copywriting
  • Familiar with the Malaysia market and able to draw on local nuances to design marketing activities.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Effective in engaging and influencing marketing and sales team members to achieve targets
  • Highly detail-oriented to ensure the quality of all marketing material and communications
  • Relentless in driving growth and able to embrace and tackle challenges
  • Proven track record of success in achieving targets on time in a rapid growth and start-up environment
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Good to have:

  •  Background in communication/marketing
  • Passionate about running / fitness 
  • Prior experience in digital marketing and / or campaign management
