Sales Lead Generation Specialist

We are a technology company building out a new SaaS for service-based businesses in Malaysia and throughout Asia. We are a small, sharp and effective team from several nationalities looking to get Malaysian service businesses off pen and paper, off ancient software and give them affordable access to modern software tools for managing all key areas of their business. Our objective is to transform south East Asia starting with small business, ensuring they begin their journey with the right tools to see them through to growth and opportunity.

Responsibilities

OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an incredible communicator who is comfortable and effective with cold calling, identify potential prospects, as well as have excellent interpersonal & technical skills. This individual will be a highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple channels including prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential.

You will also have a chance to help educate users through the development of clear, user-friendly support/marketing content and make sure it’s engaging, user-focused, up-to-date, and presenting in a quality standard.  

Things happen quickly at Kreloses and to get stuff done here you need to be an enthusiastic team player - a self-starter who is independent and isn't frightened to fail while trying something completely crazy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce the Kreloses product and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Work with the Business Development team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly revenue goals.
  • Assisting with online help/support content.​

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year + of experience in telemarketing and/or inside sales experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willing to learn our product, Kreloses.
  • Open for Malaysian or PR holders only. 
  • Can start immediately. 
  • Can work full time, Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm.
  • Happy to work with a small team.
