Business Development

•          Presenting the company and pitching the company services

•          Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events

•          Develop partnerships according to the strategic plan of the company

•          Supervise and improve customer service



·      Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising

·      Overseeing the social media strategy for the company with the help of the community manager (incl. budget, planning, content)

·      Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns

·      Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data

·      Organise offline and online events

·      Review and test new technologies or new channels of acquisition

·      Evaluate and improve end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points



·      Developing an integrated communications strategy for the company across several channels

·      Building and implementing communication plan

·      Developing press relationships with key media to secure and grow media coverage both online and offline

·      Writing press releases and articles about domestic workers, company events or any relevant topics 


·      Bachelor degree or above in Marketing, Communications or related field

·      3+ years of experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

·      Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

·      Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

·      Fluent in both Cantonese and English. French is a plus.

·      Excellent written communications and presentation skills are essential

·      Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

·      Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adwords, Hootsuites…) and mailing systems (e.g. Mailchimp, SendinBlue…)
