42Race is Singapore’s first Virtual Race platform. We create South East Asia’s largest virtual races (> 2000 runners per race and growing). We have footprints in Taiwan, Malaysia, Indonesia, India, and Philippines and of course Singapore

Our mission is to inspire millions to run. Our team is rapidly expanding in operations, sales and marketing and setting up branches in different countries.

· Conceptualize, develops and executes marketing strategies to ensure the growth and sustainability of the business

· Collaborate and coordinate across multiple teams, including Product, Tech, Creative, and Operations

· Ensure adherence to the operating budget of Marketing Department

· Ensure smooth and timely execution of campaigns

· Perform regular analysis of campaign performance and metrics to report on campaign performance

· Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

· Think analytically from different perspectives to forecast the consequences and have marketing plans accordingly

· Use established metrics to optimize and drive continuous improvement in 42Race’s efforts for social excellence

· Acquire and utilize knowledge and skills according to the situational requirements


· Bachelor degree from recognized university

· At least 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience with a successful track record in planning an integrated marketing strategy and executing campaigns

· Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate audience 

· Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

· Up-to-date and enthusiastic about the latest trends and best practices of social media platforms and content

· Effective in engaging and influencing marketing and sales team members to achieve targets

· Resourceful and creative in coming up with ideas that complements different channels to reach, engage and grow the 42Race community 

· Highly detail-oriented to ensure the quality of all marketing material and communications, manage budget.

· Ability to project manage and multitask, in a dynamic and detail-oriented environment

· Relentless in driving growth and able to embrace and tackle challenges

· Proven track record of success in achieving targets on time in a rapid growth and start-up environment

· Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking 

Good to have:

· Background in communication/marketing 

· Experience in building up social media platforms with a focus on engagement metrics 

· Experience in event management 

· Passionate about running/fitness
