Responsibilities

We are looking for help in the area of customer service. Your primary role is to

  1. Be responsive to queries during office hours
  2. Onboard new customers
  3. Keep track of and manage existing customers
  4. Find out and be familiar with the needs and concerns of customers

As we are a growing startup, you will also be expected to:

  1. Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  2. Provide input for product development and other aspects of operations based on your familiarity with customer needs

Requirements

You should be:

  1. Organised and structured in your work
  2. Curious and willing to learn
  3. Enjoy interacting with people (experience in customer-facing roles is a plus)
  4. Able to communicate well
  5. Preferably Singaporean/PR
