Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate client information and update CRM
  • Conduct quality research and data mining functions via internet, phone calls, etc.
  • Assist in marketing campaigns and monitor campaign progress
  • Assist in daily operations, and any ad-hoc duties
  • Results-driven, and able to work independently

Requirements

  • Able to take initiatives and think out of the box to execute assigned tasks
  • Detailed-oriented and able to adhere to deadlines
  • Able to converse fluently in Chinese
  • Availability to work 2 days a week
