B1G1 is a Social Enterprise which runs an innovative global giving initiative from Singapore. We’re now seeking a new team member who can dedicate heart and soul to promoting and spreading the concept globally by assisting its marketing and communication activities in a small yet very dynamic team environment. - Learn more about what we do at:


The role involves following activities:

  • marketing strategy development (working directly with the marketing director and other stakeholders)
  • planning and executing effective digital marketing campaigns using CRM and other systems (e.g. infusionsoft)
  • assessing and optimizing effectiveness of marketing campaigns through data analysis
  • drive marketing analytics and reporting across cross channels and enable actionable insights through the customer journey
  • build, automate and continuously improve digital sales funnel processes and guidelines
  • creating and managing the social media activities and campaigns
  • identifying opportunities for strategic alliances and partnerships
  • managing external creative experts (designer, copywriter, photographer, videographer etc.)
  • evaluating and analysing website statistics and marketing communication effectiveness for continuous improvement


Skills & Experiences:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communications and/or 2+ yrs hands-on experience in Digital Marketing Management
  • experienced and competent with Excel, Keynote/PowerPoint, Word
  • fast-learner of new tools and systems — if you are a fast learner, it is not necessary that you know everything already.
  • highly competent with Mac operating system (everyone uses Mac here)

If you do not have the experience in some of the areas, our team is happy to assist and help you learn. We are looking for someone who is really smart and has a fantastic attitude to learn from suggestions and feedback from other team members as well as from our business community.

Additional experiences and skills which are highly valued (but not mandatory):

  • in-depth knowledge of social media tools, SEO and other web-based tools and resources
  • experience with Infusionsoft CRM and/or other marketing automation software
  • Adobe design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver etc.) + great sense of aesthetics
  • experience with web design (HTML, PHP, HTML 5 etc.) and video editing
  • other creative skills such as copy writing, editing and wire-framing

Starting Salary Range: $3,200-4,600 — depending on the qualifications, skills, experience, track record and personal qualities you can bring to the team. Your starting salary will be determined normally after a test, interview and a trial period (if the circumstance allows, we set a period of probation to work together to determin the right long-term appointment together). When you apply, you can also let us know your minimum expected salary if you have a specific requirement.

Location of Work: 1 minute from One North Station (West)

General Work Schedule: M-F (9am-6pm - adjustable - we accomodate flexibility)
