Senior Sales Administrator

1. Maintain filing system for essential correspondences & documents, as well as company reports to clients and rep office records (Insurance, Office Equipment Service Maintenance, etc.);

2. Maintaining a ready supply of office stationery, business cards, pantry supplies (coffee, fruit etc.);

3. Managing a mailing list for company communication/business development purposes;

4. Handle travel arrangements for employees/guests/clients as necessary;

5. Keep the company credentials document updated on a monthly basis;

6. Handle and keep tabs on office maintenance matters, track staff birthdays, etc.                           


1. Track and update leave and absence request forms of all Singapore staff as well as Regional Directors;

2. Handling and filing the regional employee’s bio data (employment letter, etc.);

3. Organize and send company announcements – office holiday (regionally) and staff on leave;

4. Assist in new Employment Pass application/renewal/cancellation of existing EP, etc.

IT (training provided):

1. Keep website updated and other social media channels updated with posts and articles

2. Create email addresses for new employees;

Business Development (optional)

Responsibilities Include:

●       Schedule demos between our client's sales representatives and potential customers.

●       Contact and qualify leads via calling and emails to build a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities for our clients.

●       Must meet a daily metrics of daily and weekly performance.

●       Must be able to make a high volume of outbound calls and professionally interact with VP and higher level executives.


●       Commission plus (Get a cut out of every sale that you make.)

●       Incentives, contests and recognition.



Education: O-levels and further studies in secretarial services/office management, preferred.

Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in an office environment in a similar role, preferred.

Language: Proficient in spoken and written English.
