Sales and Marketing Manager

District6 is a co-working space right next to City Hall MRT where those who aspire to bring positive change to the urban landscape & lifestyle come together to do great work. As the rapid pace of urbanization continues, both the cities themselves, and the lives we live in them, are also rapidly changing. From cities becoming smarter and more integrated with technology, to new building materials and new ways of constructing buildings, and from more efficient usage of space to new roles for art and design in public spaces – the environment we know is undergoing dramatic change. These changes require new thinking and new ways of doing things.


SUMMARY: Responsible for handling the leasing process of the private offices and the coworking space area, including qualifying prospects, answering phones, obtaining appointments prospects, showing the property and leasing available units in compliance with all applicable regulations.




  • The Sales and Marketing Manager works with the General Manager and the Business Manager to recommend and execute sales strategies designed to meet the goals of District6. The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for all sales and marketing related functions, including lead generation and achieving revenue goals of the property.

  • Generate quality leads and convert them into community members of District6 coworking and office space

  • Respond to leads, answer prospect calls and conduct property tours

  • Utilize established sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic, maintain closing ratios and achieve budgeted occupancy

  • Provides exceptional customer service and addresses resident concerns

  • Demonstrates initiative, professionalism, personal awareness in all areas of his/her performance.

  • Performs other duties as assigned. Actual job duties and responsibilities may vary depending on the size of the community





  • Minimum of 2 years sales in the real estate or coworking industry or experience in B2B sales in the Singaporean market

  • Established professional network in Singapore strongly preferred

  • Demonstrated phone sales, leasing, and customer service skill

  • Strong organization and administrative skills

  • Performance driven

  • Effective oral and written communication skills; ability to give clear direction and respond to inquiries. Must be able to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of the organization.

  • A good understanding of marketing and how to generate new leads

  • A team player with a strong work ethic and customer focus

  • Extremely responsive, courteous, reliable, energetic, and upbeat

  • Enjoys working in a high energy, fast paced, new business environment

  • Base salary + incentives
