Fit Tix is all about building a strong sporting community here in Malaysia. It is designed for people of all walks of life to get together and grow via sports. Fit Tix is essentially a ticketing platform where you can sign up for a sports event or create your own. That simple! Users looking to join a sports event can register and stay connected for the latest sports events updates. Registration and ticketing will be provided on the go. Just a touch away! Organisers looking to plan sports events can publish their events and track their sales with our in-house reporting tool. Doesn't get any better than that now does it! At Fit Tix, we're all about building a sporting community together. So if you don't charge for your event tickets, we won't charge you for our services. All in the good name of building sporting camaraderie!


Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Take charge of workplace solutions including HR, Admin and Finance when necessary.
  • Coordinate with various department heads when necessary.
  • To liaise with company secretaries, bankers, solicitors and authorities on regulatory and legal documentation matters.
  • Be the contact person between client, vendors and company in all general inquiries pertaining projects and events.
  • Timely and accurately prepare and update necessary reports and accounts.
  • ·Assist and handle any ad hoc duties assigned by management from time to time.

  • Possess a minimum of 1-year working experience. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Managing administration, recruitment and finance.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient IT Skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in English, Malay and Chinese.
