GameLevelOne is a company that focuses on business as Game Developer & Publisher located in Jakarta, Indonesia. Have experience in creating and publishing a variety of exciting games with a good track record on various platforms.


·       Identifying trendsetter ideas, new sales leads and mapping acquisition vendors in line market and demand.

·       Researching organization and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets for planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

·       Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying the integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.

·       Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers or client.

·       Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings

·       Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products

·       Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person with a new client.

·       Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events

·       Preparing presentations, proposal and sales displays

·       Developing sales goals and ensuring they are met

·       Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.


  • Having experiences in creating marketing & sales plan, and participating in national / international related event or conference
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill using Bahasa or English
  • At least 3 - 5 year experience in the related field or 2 years as a Coordinator/Asst Manager/Manager level
  • Good computer skills in using MS Office, Gmail and Skype
  • Good analytical abilities in searching new potential leads and market
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge in Digital Marketing and Digital Tracking
  • Enjoy working in a small size organization
  • A plus to have a Bachelor or Master degree in Business Studies, Marketing or Advertising/Media
  • Responsible, accountable, punctual, and proactive
