Head of Customer Service

We help reduce fashion waste by selling gently loved top premium branded fashion pieces online.


  • Ensure that every aspect of the customer experience has an appropriate target and measure, described from a customer perspective 

  • Ensure that all transformation and change activities which affect the customer experience take full account of customer needs, preferences and behaviours by working closely with the marketing and sales teams 

  • Be a visible and highly credible champion for customers

  • Review and update the Customer Strategy in detail and ensure that the objectives and targets are being owned and delivered appropriately in the business 

  • Use information on wider consumer trends which might affect our emerging business environment, such as consumer expectations of service delivery, accuracy, security, speed, ease and price, and set future metrics and indicative longer term targets 

  • Delegate and manage customer pre-, during and post-purchases inquiries via Zendesk


  • Demonstrable operational and KPI improvement to meet senior level targets

  • Experience managing and resolving customer services challenges in Malay and English speaking markets

  • Leadership / line management experience with experience of cross functional leadership

  • A deep understanding of the customer’s needs
