Actigage is an Event Tech startup with an aim to facilitate live engagement during events and conferences at a large scale. We are on the lookout for a Customer Success Manager (CSM), who will be the face of our company in terms of making advocates out of our end-users who are using our platform to facilitate live engagement at events. 

You should:

  • Possess a can-do attitude who loves to interact with clients both face-to-face as well as online 
  • You should have a general understand of the online space, including Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)
  • Love to read up on anything online, be it social media, technological trends or the latest marketing techniques

Responsibilities

  • Train and guide customers with the on-boarding process on our platform
  • Act as the "Voice of the Customer" by providing feedback to the development team on customer pain points
  • A product owner who can be the single point of contact for providing technical and product support to the customer
  • Update the Support Portal with articles that will help with the client on-boarding process
  • Own marketing and sales metrics like retention rate, churn rate, and customer happiness metrics
  • Post periodic best practices article on Actigage blog to help provide useful tips to our clients and users
  • Monitor social media spectrum for customer support feedback and help manage social media engagement

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, who excel in managing clients face-to-face or online
  • Highly-motivated and results-driven, able to thrive under pressure while taking pride in customer delight
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with positive outlook
  • Experience with online services beneficial but not essential
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Engineering/IT
  • The candidate should preferably be proficient in HTML, CSS, Javascript and Microsoft Office Suite.
