  • Manage daily execution of all paid performance marketing campaigns for all SE Asian dahmakan countries
  • Setup & execute paid social acquisition campaigns for new cities
  • Work on daily reporting and budget optimization to improve the return on investment of your campaigns
  • Work closely with our design and branding team to constantly A/B test creatives, landing pages, and ad copy
  • Keep up to date with best practices and strategies



  1. Highly analytical & numbers driven with a quantitative education background (e.g. engineering, math, statistics, physics, finance, economics or similar)
  2. An alchemist: you constantly run growth experiments in a highly structured and organised way
  3. Familiar with all relevant metrics such as CPA, CPC, CPM, ARPU and LTV
  4. Seasoned performance marketer with >2yrs experience in VC backed consumer startup
  5. Biased to action + master in prioritising: you always focus on tackling the biggest challenge first (both short & long term) without getting distracted with nice-to-haves
