Country Manager, Director of Operations

With Headquarters in New York, London, Tallinn and Singapore, ERPLY is a provider of Software as a Service for Point of sale, commercial retail inventory and ecommerce that handles data across physical shops, online stores and warehouses, while at the same time providing realtime dashboards with relevant data. ERPLY is rooted in building complex custom ERP solutions.


Director of Operations


Erply Limited is USA based new generation enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform specializing for mid-size to large organizations across the world.


As manager you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution and completion of specific customer projects to ensure consistency with company short- and long term goals.


Our manager must have the ability to acquire- and make sense to new material. Previous consulting experience is not a must have when You have the ambition to be the best in the field. The ability to work with clients and team members is critical to the success of this role.


You must have the ability to multi task and enhance a team environment. This position is a 50% client-facing role that requires global and national travel as needed.


Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Make web-based product presentations

  • Lead the planning and implementation of ERP and POS projects

  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables per client’s needs

  • Define project tasks and resource requirements

  • Work with client to satisfactorily plan and schedule project timelines to guarantee on-time delivery for client

  • Provide direction and support to project team

  • Keep all team members updated on progress of project

  • Analyze business/technical requirements and objectives, perform fit/gap analysis, and provide client recommendations.

  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve defined project outputs

  • Provide project management expertise throughout entire project

Required Skills and Abilities


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

  • Excellence in MS Office- and command of remote teamwork tools

  • Ability to be mobile and accessible outside of working time

  • Experience with ERP or software applications PREFERRED


Minimum Education/Certification

  • Educational Experience: B.A./B.S. in any field is required
